About the role

Lead and coordinate project strategies with the project team, Project Manager, Advising Teachers, Children's Council, Girl Counsellors, SMC members, CCWC, Directors, Cluster Directors, and in collaboration with Based Mentors, Master Mentors, DOE, POE, PDoEYS Officials, and other project beneficiaries.
Determine project methodologies in close collaboration with the DOE, Based Mentors, and local authorities.
Focus on quality implementation of the Five Model Standards and the Khmer Reading and Mathematics Package (Early Grade students and teachers, Grades 1-3).
Plan and conduct awareness sessions with Children's Councils, SMC, and CCWC to disseminate information on Child Safeguarding, Child Rights, and Protection within target communities.
Perform day-to-day monitoring of grant procedures across all target s.
Ensure all financial expenses and budget allocations are processed accurately and on time, adhering strictly to KAFDOC's financial rules.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Social , or other relevant fields.
Experience ing with children and s within private, state, or NGO sectors for 2 years Specific experience related to the Five Model Standards is a strong advantage.
Prior teaching and training experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of gender responsiveness and child protection standard procedures.
Good proficiency in spoken and written Khmer and English.
Computer literacy in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
