About the role

Plan, coordinate, and implement BASIN program activities in targeted districts and communes of Kratie province.
Support farmer and Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) on cashew, vegetable, and other value chain interventions.
Facilitate training, coaching, and demonstrations on climate-smart agriculture, good agricultural practices (GAP), financial literacy, GEDSI tools, and market linkages.
Ensure activities follow technical guidance and project design documents.
Monitor progress against annual plans and adapt implementation as needed.
Coordinate regularly with Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF), local authorities, private sector actors, and civil society partners.
Facilitate public-private dialogue on value chain development, inclusive markets, and farmer commercialization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, Rural Development, Economics, Community Development, or related fields.
Project coordination or implementation in rural development, agricult.
Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Ability to use digital tools (Excel, Kobo, ODK, smartphones).
Good English and Khmer communication in both reading and writing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing and able to travel to project areas.
