DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the teacher in preparing materials and delivering daily lessons and activities. Assist with classroom setup, supervision, and play (indoor and outdoor). Provide individual and small-group support to children. Assist with personal care routines (toileting, handwashing, snack, and nap time). Promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being. Ensure children’s safety and follow safeguarding policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment. Collaborate with staff, communicate professionally with parents, and attend meetings/training. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: Khmer

• Good QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills High School Diploma, fresh graduate, or certificate in Early Childhood Education (preferred). Experience working with children aged 2–4 years. Good communication skills in English and Khmer. Basic knowledge of child development. Soft Skills Patient, caring, and team-oriented.
