About the role

Plan, organise and supervise daily bakery production.
Produce consistent bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products.
Lead, supervise, teach and train bakery staff.
Make sure all products are completed correctly and on time.
Maintain consistent quality, hygiene and production efficiency.
Control ingredients, wastage and production quantities.
Solve production problems and maintain bakery standards.
Report directly to the owner.

Requirements

Proven experience in bread and commercial bakery production.
Strong knowledge of mixing, shaping, proofing and baking.
Able to manage and train a production team.
Good attention to quality, hygiene and detail.
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
Honest and trustworthy.
