About the role

Develop and implement development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and develop new customers, partners, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and support partnerships.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Prepare development reports and provide recommendations to management.
Achieve assigned sales and development targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in development, sales, banking, money exchange, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the financial/FX market is an advantage.
Strong sales and networking skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Proactive, target-oriented, confident, and professional.
Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
