About the role

Establish and test a structured program of community-led and peer-to-peer fundraising.
Work with YSC staff, Board members, alumni and supporters to identify potential fundraising champions, follow up existing contacts and help individuals develop and promote credible digital campaigns.
The role will maintain the prospective fundraiser pipeline, support campaign development, track progress and create practical systems and materials that YSC can use beyond the placement.
It will complement YSC's wider fundraising but will not be responsible for the organization's overall fundraising strategy, institutional grant applications or major-donor program.
