About the role

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sale targets Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with promotional activities Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts Conduct regular field visits to observe team performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and engage with key customers.
Collect and analyze field data such as competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback Support team in closing deals, managing key accounts, and resolving customer issues on the ground Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed Other tasks assigned by GM.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in sales & marketing, business administrative or related fields.
At least working experience of sales & marketing for 3 years Experience in groceries market/Condense milk is preferable.
Good English communication and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new things.
Be able to travel locally.
Good attitude, hard-working, honestly and strong communication.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
