The Tax & Accounting Manager will oversee and perform professional services covering Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Tax Audit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client assignments, reviewing , supervising and developing team members, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of professional services in accordance with applicable Cambodian accounting and tax requirements.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Tax Audit, or related professional services.
Practical experience in financial statement preparation and review.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in tax reporting and tax compliance.
Experience in Tax Audit and a background as a Tax Agent are highly preferred.
Experience related to ACAR, accounting practice, or professional compliance is an advantage.
Experience in training, coaching, or supervising team members is an advantage.
Strong professional commitment, responsibility, and ability to effectively as part of a team.
Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and effectively under deadlines.
Good command of English; Khmer proficiency is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting/tax-related software.
Strong professional integrity and commitment to quality.
Team-oriented and willing to support and develop team members.
Proactive, responsible, and able to independently.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop professional knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
