Manage project sampling.
Call verification consumer promotion, sampling, and another relevant project.
Answer consumer’s question/inquiry related to product and service.
Main responsibilities are responsible for inbound calls, Facebook and TikTok responses, and outbound calls, with flexible ing hours based on needs.
Daily/weekly/monthly report.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
1‐2 years' experience in Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Receptionist or relevant experience.
Motherhood is preferable.
Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable.
Good knowledge of Ms. Office, Internet and Email.
Good interal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds.
Adaptability and be able to under pressure.
