About the role

Develop, implement, maintain, track and optimize digital marketing activities, which cover website, SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn…), display advertising, content marketing and direct e-marketing to raise brand awareness.
Creates creative content that can generate demand for products/services, engage customers in innovative ways and drive brand awareness.
Carries out market research and customer surveys to identify trends, brand awareness and competition ventures then analyzes them to design suitable marketing plans to support sales activities.
Partner with analytics resource, sales and operations team to show value of campaigns and provide regular reports.
Identifies trends, insights and optimizes spend and performance based the insights.
Brainstorms and develops ideas for advertising/communication campaigns (PR, press release, advertisement, TV etc.) well and organizes/oversees exhibitions and promotional events.
Manages & collaborates with third party counterparts such media, creative and digital agencies, and influencers.
Monitors/ analyzes competitor activities/ events/ projects to help sales office make plan accordingly.
Analyzes, identifies and maps trends & customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media or Administration.
Proven working experience in digital marketing for 3 years as a minimum.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices.
Good spoken and written communication skills in both local and English.
Can use Photoshop is a plus.
Good organization, planning & analytics skills.
Good acumen and customer-oriented mind.
