Warehouse Executive

To support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth inbound and outbound processes, proper documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams to achieve operational efficiency.

• Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities.
• Preparing inbound and outbound reports for 3rd party warehouse team, internal departments, and external department.
• Ensure timely processing of delivery orders.
• Support receiving, checking, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor stock movement accuracy.
• Maintain stock accuracy in system and physical inventory.
• Monitor blocked/unblocked stock and damaged stock.
• Perform cycle count and stock reconciliation.
• Process transactions in SAP / warehouse system.
• Maintain warehouse records and reports.
• Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse team, suppliers / internal departments and external departments to enhance operational alignment.
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions.
• Escalate critical issues to supervisor.
• Ensure warehouse SOP compliance.
• Implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare performance reports on order fulfilments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another qualified requirement Warehouse or logistics experience for 1 year General & Technical Skills Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control Teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, time management, Communication skills, reporting skills, inventory control, documentation skills, equipment maintenance, data entry skills, dependability.
• Preferably a good working knowledge and understanding of SAP for store monitoring and management industry retail.
• Proficient in MS. Office, English and computer knowledge.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions.
• Soft Skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
• Able to commit for overtime when needed.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
