Ensure daily and monthly collection targets are achieved in alignment with KPI goals.
Conduct phone-based collections with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Follow up with customers to ensure prompt repayment and proper resolution.
Maintain high standards of efficiency, call quality, and customer handling.
Closely with team members to strengthen overall collection performance.
Prepare Daily Visitation Plan and shall visit any locations of to collect cash/repossess such as House/Office/Hometown/Other places if needed.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection or related areas (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Solid understanding of lending and repayment procedures.
Problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interal skills.
Able to under pressure.
