• Ensuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of all pool users during swimming lessons, sport activities, and recreational use.
• The role focuses on accident prevention, emergency response, and maintaining a safe pool environment in accordance with safeguarding and safety policies.
• Assist PE teachers during lessons with student supervision, organisation, and safety support, as directed.
• Help set up, distribute, and store PE equipment.
• Support smooth lesson transitions and supervision, particularly during large group activities or combined classes.
• Assist with monitoring student participation and behaviour during PE lessons.
• Provide support for sports days, events, and extracurricular activities as required.
