Coordinate with local authorities to sell Angkor water purifiers.
Manage and lead the sales team to promote and sell Angkor water purifiers to household customers.
Recruit sales agents such as distribution depots, pharmacies, supermarkets, and modern trade stores.
Lead sales promotions on various social media channels.
Resolve challenges and support the sales team, distributors, and customers.
Lead training on health promotion through clean water consumption for customers.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets for Angkor water purifiers.
Monitor and track individual staff sales performance daily, accurately recording sales volume, sales revenue, and related sales process documentation promptly.
Build good relationships with the sales team, customers, distributors, local authorities, and the community.
Responsible for inventory management in Phnom Penh.
Be flexible to travel around the Phnom Penh outskirts for sales promotion.
Implement and fulfill the role of Sales Head under the direct guidance and supervision of the Marketing Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of sales experience, including team leadership or management experience.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer engagement.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team and achieve high sales targets.
