Senior Talent Acquisition and Graphic Designer

• The Senior Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for DQD Group and its units.
• The role will closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring and onboarding process.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process for DQD Group and its units.
• Develop appropriate recruitment strategies based on the requirements of each unit.
• Post job vacancies through recruitment platforms, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Review and screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment documents and support the offer and employment process.
• Conduct reference checks where required.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pool for DQD Group.
• Coordinate and support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on vacancies, hiring progress, and recruitment KPIs.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance, and quality of candidates.
• Design and develop visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects) Familiarity with Figma or similar UI design tools Basic video editing and motion graphics skills Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools Foundational understanding of web design principles (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus) A strong eye for layout, typography, and color A portfolio showing range — even al or student projects count Interest in brand strategy and how design solves problems Experience ing in a multi-sector or agency environment Soft Skills Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow fast
