Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Welcome showroom visitors, actively listen to their needs, and provide in-depth, enthusiastic product presentations and test drives.
Proactively generate leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Handle the final vehicle delivery, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and providing a thorough explanation of the car's features and functions.
Monitor and report on local market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Ensure display vehicles in the showroom are always clean and professionally presented to uphold the KIA brand image.

Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role; Bachelor's degree (BBA or related field) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. a good command of English is often necessary, and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer literacy for reporting.
Must possess a valid Cambodian driver's license.
