Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
Market commercial properties for lease and sale.
Source new commercial leasing and investment opportunities.
Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site tours.
Prepare property proposals, submissions, market reports, and advisory presentations.
Negotiate commercial lease agreements and property sale transactions.
Provide strategic leasing, investment, and occupancy advice to clients.
Coordinate with valuation, research, marketing, legal, and property management teams.
Maintain accurate client records and transaction pipelines in the company CRM.
Represent IPS Cambodia at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Deliver excellent client service while expanding the commercial property portfolio.

Commercial Real Estate in Real Estate Development for 3 years as a minimum.
Bachelor's Degree in or Related Field is required.
