About the role

The position is for Apartment/Office Building.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors.
You’ll manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and support smooth building operations.
Greet tenants and visitors.
Answer phones, emails, and service requests.
Handle delivery of packages and/or food and notify recipients.
Manage tenants moving in or out.
Maintain lobby appearance and safety awareness; monitor CCTV/door access.
Assist with building communications.
Support management with light admin.

Requirements

Proficiency in Khmer and English (additional languages is an advantage).
Familiarity with basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, etc), and CCTV.
Has a friendly and outgoing personality to make visitors feel welcomed.
