Manage monthly tax filings (VAT, Profit Tax, WHT, Salary Tax), prepare the Annual Tax Declaration to the GDT (TOI), and submit annual declarations to ACAR.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports directly to the Director, assist in broader financial planning, and support monthly financial reporting development.
Maintain accounting records, review book-closing procedures and the Chart of Accounts, and perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
Identify and resolve compliance gaps in accordance with guidance issued by local accounting bodies.
Handle end-to-end employee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Process staff declarations with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
Manage quotas, permits, and visa processing for expatriate staff members.
Perform other related administrative and operational duties assigned by the Director.

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
(Holding a Tax Agency Certificate from the National Tax is highly preferred). as a minimum Accounting / Finance / Audit for 1 to 2 years as a minimum Admin for 1 to 2 years as a minimum.
