Study, evaluate, and collect information on potential operational areas and target areas (villages/communes), including customer behavior, occupations, economic status, credit history, land status, infrastructure, and competitor strategies and products.
Maintain good relationships with local authorities and customers.
Promote the institution's loan products and various services to target customers and operational areas, and attract potential customers.
Explain and promote credit principles and loan application procedures to borrowers.
Study, evaluate, collect information, and complete loan documents accurately according to credit principles and credit guidelines for the Credit Team Leader to review.
Maintain customers and market share by monitoring customers who fully repay, re-borrow, stop borrowing, and borrow from other institutions, and the reasons why.
Develop monthly and weekly loan plans (disbursement/collection) to achieve the plans and standards set by the Credit Team Leader and Branch Manager.
Monitor customer loan usage and address overdue or high-risk loans, reporting to the Credit Team Leader or Branch Manager.
Report to the Credit Team Leader or Branch Manager on work results and encountered problems.

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Banking and Finance.
At least 2 years of experience in credit work in the banking or microfinance sector.
General management or similar commercial diploma.
Good communication, honesty, and high responsibility.
Willingness to work in provinces or rural areas.

Foresight and initiative.
Good communication and creativity.
