Record transactions, disburse and receive payments from customers within the cash box management system effectively.
Review and verify documents before disbursing and receiving cash.
Provide professional service and promote products to customers.
Resolve issues and collect feedback from customers.
Prepare, input information, and print loan documents for customers.
Maintain customer and institutional confidentiality.
Other duties as required by the Cashier Team Leader.

Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, General Management, or a comparable business degree.
At least 2 years of experience in credit provision in the microfinance or banking sector.
Knowledge of management and leadership.
Skills in problem-solving, foresight, and initiative.
Good communication, friendly, honest, and highly responsible.
Willing to serve in provinces or rural areas.
