Sales and Marketing Manager

• Promote and sell the company’s construction, engineering, and related services to local and foreign clients.
• Develop new opportunities from Japanese and other markets in Cambodia.
• Conduct market research and survey to identify potential projects, investors, and opportunities.
• Perform regular city field visits / site scanning / area roaming to monitor ongoing and upcoming developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Attend client meetings, neting events, and discussions.
• Coordinate internally with management and operations teams regarding project requirements.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and industry movement.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Provide recommendations for expansion and market penetration.
• Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.

Bachelor of Marketing relevant field Experience in Sales & Marketing for 2 years as a minimum Must be a College Graduate (, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred) Experience in Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related industry is highly preferred Knowledgeable in market research and client relationship management Must be able to communicate in Japanese & English Cambodian candidate who could speak requirement s is an advantage Open for expat candidate who are presently live or in Cambodia Good moral character Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and result-oriented Flexible and willing to travel/ in any place within Cambodia Able to independently with minimal supervision
