Consultancy Services for Technical Support on Roksi’s Client Relationship Management System and Chatbot

The technical support on Roksi’ CRM and the chatbot aims to support API in tackling technical challenges they face while implementing the Roksi project. Additionally, it helps identify system updates and improvements to ensure more efficient and effective delivery. Specific Objectives are

• Technical support and system optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting the Chatbot and CRM.
• Review and improve system flows, user journeys, integrations, and functionality to better support clients, coaches, and program staff.
• System Maintenance: Providing ongoing backend support and technical guidance throughout the consultancy period.
• Strengthening the capacity of API and MA teams through knowledge transfer, and training on updated system functionalities and processes. The consultant will provide technical support, system enhancement, and maintenance services for the Roksi chatbot and the CRM.
• Assessing and troubleshooting technical issues affecting the chatbot, the CRM and the connection between the two.
• Reviewing and improving information flows, user journeys, and system functionality to better support clients, coaches, and program staff.
• Ensuring synchronization and consistency of content, data, and functionality across all systems.
• Investigating and resolving user access, system performance, and integration issues.
• Integrating new content, features, and updates into the systems as required.
• Identifying opportunities for system enhancement and implementing approved improvements within the agreed budget.
• Participating in regular coordination meetings with API and MA teams to review progress, address implementation challenges, and agree on priority actions.
• Providing ongoing backend support and technical guidance to API and MA teams throughout the assignment.
• Conducting knowledge-transfer sessions to strengthen the capacity of API and MA teams to manage the systems effectively.
