• Perform diagnostic testing and quality assurance on clinical samples.
• Ensure accurate results and high-quality diagnostic services in compliance with ISO 15189 standards.
• Contribute to laboratory performance, staff supervision, and the continuous development of medical biology activities in support of public health and IPC’s mission.
• Carry out medical biology examinations for all patients referred to the Medical Biology Laboratory; Supervise medical biology procedures performed by staff.
• Monitor the proper functioning of analytical systems: up-to-date SOPs, IQC, EQC, quality indicators; Provide support for the technical validation carried out by the technicians; Perform biological validation of the results based on clinical data and patient history; Interpret the results, sign reports, and communicate the test results to laboratory users.
