Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Phnom Penh

Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) is a non-profit, membership-based organization established in 2004 to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of the microfinance sector in Cambodia.

• Assist in creating engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos)
• Support basic design and video editing
• Help draft captions in Khmer and/or English
• Assist with content scheduling across platforms
• Monitor comments and support audience engagement
• Help track performance and prepare simple reports
• Support campaign promotion and event coverage
• Ensure content follows CMA branding and tone
• Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas
• Provide other digital marketing and communication support as assigned by the supervisor.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred)
• Good writing skills (Khmer and/or English)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
