About the role

Grow the company Retail Channels by developing and implementing the retail strategy for long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
Predict the market and customer trends for retail channels.
Develop a long-, mid- and short-term retail channel sales plan, translate it into specific actions and define KPIs to monitor the progress.
Align the retail channel sales plan with all relevant stakeholders (retail / online channel team, marketing and product management team, etc.) driven by a company first mindset.
Responsible for the execution of retail projects with all departments involved (finance, logistics, marketing, etc.).
Lead the retail channels team focusing both Offline and Online (strategic and operative sales).
Support the change of the status quo in order to guarantee efficient processes and successful results.
Other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements

Very structured ethic and mindset, as well analytical and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of relevant KPIs in retail channel Good communication skills, cooperative Team spirit and ability to cope confidently with stressful situations developer, proactive and problem-solving 3 years of experience as people leader in retail Knowledge of Modern Trade and General Trade Channel of Electronics/Home Appliances is preferred Good understanding of social media and Online strategy Bachelor’s degree in the area of administration, engineering, digital marketing or similar.
Masters degree in Administration or similar.
Good command of English.
A proactive team player with high integrity, high learning agility, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
