Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Introduce and explain products to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers before and after sales.
Arrange and maintain product displays to ensure they are clean and attractive.
Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items.
Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in sales is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS system if applicable).
Willing to work during the assigned working hours.
