Develop and refine creative concepts for various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
Provide support in developing the script and crafting the storytelling framework prior to shooting.
Coordinate end-to-end production processes & creation (e.g., short videos, vlog, podcast, filming, editing, finalization) and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to fulfill project objectives, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and evaluate project performance to recommend improvements.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in content marketing and media production, proposing new ideas for enhanced engagement.
Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and copyright guidelines and manage any potential risks or controversies that could arise from published content
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to superior

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut), familiarity with social media platforms, and basic project management skills.
Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Skilled in balancing multiple projects, organizing tasks, and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
