Executive, Purchasing

• Managing Purchasing Activities: Overseeing the purchasing activities within an company.
• This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring that goods and services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• This may involve evaluating vendor performance, resolving disputes, and seeking new suppliers when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies while minimizing excess inventory.
• This involves forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and working closely with other departments to optimize inventory management processes.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Budgeting and cost control activities related to purchasing.
• This may include developing purchasing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to help the organization achieve its financial goals.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensures that purchasing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• This includes ensuring that purchasing decisions are made ethically, following procurement guidelines, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
• Team Supervision: Leading a team of purchasing professionals.
• This involves providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Education

• BBA or Master in accounting, finance, or administration. Experience
• Essential 2 years previous experience in similar relevant position jobs. MS Office and Software
• Accounting system, Excel, Word, Internet, Email, any applicable system. Other Skills
• Very good understanding and command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand competency and development management.
• Demonstration of the high level of integrity and professionalism.
