This is an invitation for bids for the supply of daily consumables and foodstuffs.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of items as per Annex 1.
Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods/services and invoices.

Submission Requirements

All bidding documents must be submitted before 5:00 PM on August 12, 2026.
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
Bidding documents must include tax value if any.
Bids must have a validity period of 60 days from the bid submission deadline.
Suppliers must provide: Copy of Business Registration Certificate, Business License or equivalent, Copy of Tax Registration, Tax Clearance Certificate or equivalent, Company Structure Information (Director/Owner name), Audited Financial Statements for the last two years or tax filings or equivalent, No court cases for the last 3 years.
Signed Declaration of Conflict of Interest (attached).
Signed Code of Conduct policy (attached).
Signed WV's Safeguarding policy (attached).
Contracts awarded will comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
