The organization is inviting your company to participate and submit proposals for the supply of educational and office supplies and student backpacks for a duration of 1 year.
The scope of supply includes educational and office supplies as well as student backpacks.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

All bid documents must be submitted before September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
Bid documents must include tax prices if any.
Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods or services and invoice.
Bids must be valid for 60 days from the bid submission deadline.
The contract will be awarded to the supplier based on the evaluation of the bids by the World Vision Cambodia committee.
World Vision Cambodia reserves the right to reject some bids.
Selected suppliers will be notified promptly.
Payment will be made via bank transfer, and TDS will be deducted according to Cambodian government laws and regulations.
Suppliers must declare their consent and attach all relevant documents, including a copy of the business registration certificate, business license or similar document, tax registration copy, tax payment certificate or similar document, company structure information (director/owner names), audited financial statements for the last two years or tax payment documents, and a declaration of no court cases in the last 3 years.
Suppliers must sign a conflict of interest declaration and policies for Code of Conduct and WV's Safeguarding.
All contracts awarded in this bid will comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
World Vision Cambodia reserves the right to change the terms and bid submission dates.
