Review the accuracy of the company’s financial reporting and evaluation control.
Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business management processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
Monitor company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations and support the enhancement of risk management practices.
Organize and conduct internal audit committee meetings on a quarterly basis.
Prepare internal audit reports and present findings to management.
Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager.

Bachelor degree in banking / finance / management or related fields.
Experience working in internal auditing or related fields.
Previous background working in a financial institution, Bank, or MFI.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and internal control systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good at English communication and interpersonal skills, internal and external.
Required to register as an internal auditor with NBC after joining the company.
