Loan Collection Officer

• To check and process documents of payment / loan customers.
• To visit site and evaluate loan, payment contract and verify the situations.
• To have a contact via phone with customer to make payment done on time.
• To have a method for conducting on-site visits and get a payment done.
• To work with sales team and legal team on internal processing and operations.
• To report any issues or related any progressing to manager.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Bachelor degree in sales / marketing or related fields Worked experience as a collection officer (CO), or related to microfinance / bank English with business level internal and external Require to have a valid driver’s license Able to travel / business trip to province Good at PC skill related all tasks
