About the role

Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners.
Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly.
Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.
Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time.
Ensure station image meet the company standard by engaging with approve contractors for maintenance.
Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.
Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count.
Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs.
Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers.
Conduct an operational audit at other company-owned stations to ensure the compliance to the company’s procedure.
This requires traveling to other stations nationwide.
Provide on-the-job training to new retailers and station staffs and support the operation of the new station nationwide.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing General & Technical Skills Good command of English both writing and listening.
Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
Soft Skills Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
Able to mobile nationwide (short-term assignment).
