About the role

The Role You will provide vital support to our Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2217981), ensuring that client applications are handled with the highest level of care and efficiency.
Beyond the paper, you will be a key face of our brand, helping us reach and convert new clients through digital platforms.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Professional English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
The interview and all communication of this role will be in English.
High-Pressure Performance: Ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment while hitting established KPIs.
Camera Confidence: Must be comfortable and charismatic on video for social media marketing.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to manage social media leads and convert them into successful client registrations.
Office & Collaboration: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Teams and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Creative & Content Tools: Highly proficient in CapCut and Canva for high-quality content creation.
Communication & Social Management: Advanced experience managing Telegram and Meta Suite (Facebook/Instagram), with a deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
Integrity: Absolute commitment to ethical conduct.
You will under the supervision of a Registered Migration Agent and are strictly prohibited from providing unauthorised immigration advice.
Case Management: Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with a focus on meeting strict deadlines, proactive client follow-up, and maintaining precise, timely case notes.
Please Note: This role is strictly administrative, operational, and client-engagement focused.
This position does not involve providing migration or immigration advice.
All immigration guidance and legal advice are strictly handled by a Registered Migration Agent.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate Degree as a minimum HISTORY: Education Counsellor in Educational (s, Universities) for 1 year is preferred Customer Services in Educational (s, Universities) for 1 year is preferred SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Professional English Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interal communication skills in English; highly confident and charismatic presenting on camera for video content and social media marketing.
Lead Conversion & Sales Mindset: Strong consultative sales ability to manage, nurture, and convert incoming social media leads into active client registrations.
