Responsibilities include preparing and verifying supplier invoices, recording them in the accounting system, and resolving discrepancies.
The role also involves controlling and auditing costing and pricing for all items purchased by KJC Farm, processing room, hatchery, and breeder farm.
Additionally, responsibilities include reconciling supplier statements, investigating discrepancies, maintaining supplier records, and responding to inquiries.
The role also entails preparing and monitoring payable aging reports, monitoring staff payable reports, and preparing payments for suppliers and outgrowers.
Furthermore, the position involves recording, reviewing, and clearing staff cash advances, ensuring expenses are within account codes and budget lines, and ensuring the closure of staff advance settlements before the end of the month.
Inventory control tasks include preparing purchased inventories into the accounting system, reviewing stock requests, adjusting stock balances, and conducting monthly physical inventory counts.
The role also assists with monthly tax preparation and declaration, recording daily income and expenses into the e-filling system.
Petty cash control involves recording petty cash and preparing cash count sheets.
Preparing and reconciling daily closing accounting reports, vendor expenses, payables, and journal entries are also key responsibilities.
Finally, the role manages fixed assets, prepares fixed asset registers, updates them with new assets, and prepares monthly fixed asset depreciation postings.
