• The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department within an advertising and assist customer service team.
• This position is responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients, and maintaining the brand image of the company.

• Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to determine effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and insights to manager and stakeholders.
• Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to gather requirements and understand their recruitment needs.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals tailored from suppliers to our objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with team to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Market Research: Research Cambodia’s hiring trends, employer needs, and recruitment market opportunities.
• Analyse employer behavior, job posting trends, service usage, and feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing, services, and customer engagement.
• Content Development: Assist in creating marketing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, Email and blogs.
• Ensure content follows the company's brand voice, marketing goals and employer audience needs.
• Collaborate with the team to produce clear to produce engaging marketing materials.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administration or a related field as a minimum Marketing Assistant or Coordinator in Advertising and Marketing Agencies industry for 2 to 3 years as a minimum Proficient in digital marketing tools and software Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to under pressure
