Read and publicize all official memo(s) to students, attend all meetings and orientation at the beginning and/or throughout the term.
Teach Literacy and numeracy along with all, social and emotional skills.
Employ a variety of instructional techniques and teaching strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students, including whole group/ small group or individual learning.
Follow course syllabus provided by Aii Center.
Help with the integration of technology into the classroom, helping set up computers and projectors.
Be well planned for her/ his class and design/follow a complete teaching plan.
Initiate, plan, organize, and participate in activities, including extracurricular activities, training, and shops.
Assist in developing a curriculum that takes an overall approach to English/Chinese study and focus on a specific aspect of use.
Teach students English/Chinese skills, such as listening, reading, writing and speaking.
Establish and maintain communication between parents of students and the program.
Engage parents and families in their student’s learning and act as an ambassador in the community.
Write student report cards using online continuous assessment.
Organize learning materials and resources, assess student’s performance and progress, monitor children’s interactions, and enforce rules for behavior and classroom procedures.

Bachelor degree in Education or equivalent.
Master degree is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.
Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views.
Ability to calmly manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude.
Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite and proficient with Social Media.
Ability to employ technology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
