Deputy Head of Khmer Curriculum

• Manage teaching and curriculum.
• Coordinate student outcome measurements.
• Ensure a safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with various units within the school.
• Act as a representative in communicating with parents.
• Prepare data, reports, and evaluations.

• Curriculum Implementation: Prepare and manage lesson plans.
• Ensure teaching aligns with learning objectives.
• Measurement and Reporting: Conduct exams/assessments.
• Report academic results.
• Classroom Environment: Create a good, highly participatory environment.
• Manage student behavior.
• Teacher Collaboration: Participate in training.
• Provide mentoring/coaching.
• Activities with Parents: Participate in meetings.
• Respond to student-related requests.
• Child Protection and Safety: Implement child protection policies.
• Report emergencies.
• Promotion and School Collaboration: Participate in events.
• Help coordinate student activities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Educational management certification will be given priority. Work Experience

• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the Khmer curriculum.

- At least 2 years of experience in an academic coordinator role. Skills and Abilities

• High knowledge of Khmer curriculum content and standards.
• Ability to lead, train, and work as a team.
• Effective communication skills in Khmer and English (an advantage).
• Ability to manage time and develop study plans.
• Knowledge of using educational technology and data management tools.
