About the role

Support GNC during the construction tender process in an administrative capacity.
Support GNC in administering the construction contract.
Ensure the construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and contract requirements.
Monitor quality, progress, cost, safety, and contract performance.
Verify completed works and payment applications.
Support project completion, handover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) management.
The Consultant's services shall commence upon contract signing.
During the remaining period of the construction tender process, the Consultant shall provide administrative support only; technical supervision services shall commence after the construction contract has been signed.

Requirements

The Consultant (firm) shall: Be legally registered and authorized to provide construction supervision, engineering consultancy, or project management services, and be legally authorized to perform such services in Cambodia (directly or through a duly registered branch office or local partner).
Have successfully completed at least one (1) construction supervision assignment for a building project with a construction value of not less than USD 1,000,000 within the last five (5) years from the date of this tender announcement.
Have adequate organizational, technical, and professional resources to perform the required Services throughout the Contract Period.
Have no record of sanctions, debarment, or penalties imposed by an international organization, government authority, or GNC.
