About the role

Seek and contact new customers to expand sales opportunities and increase the customer base.
Provide information about services, resolve questions, and assist customers in the service application process.
Prepare documents and enter sales data accurately and on time.
Collaborate with the team and relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Follow up on sales work, collect feedback, and report results to the manager.

Requirements

Completed at least a Bachelor's degree or currently studying for a Bachelor's degree.
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (priority for those with experience in selling cars or motorcycles).
Lively and friendly personality.
Have communication and negotiation skills.
Have customer service skills and be able to solve problems professionally.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Able to use MICROSOFT OFFICE programs (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
Able to speak, read, and write English.
Be honest, responsible, hardworking, and have a good attitude.
Able to work as a team and collaborate well with relevant departments.
