The purpose of hiring this intern is to provide essential logistical and administrative support to the Resource Acquisition Unit (RAU) across various stages of proposal development. The intern will play a role in coordinating travel arrangements, organizing and managing meeting logistics, handling document printing, and ensuring timely delivery of letters with partners and governmental ministries. This position offers the intern valuable opportunities for skill development, professional growth, and hands-on experience in logistical and administrative support for proposal development, while contributing to the smooth arrangements of field assessments, shops, and t-up activities. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Travel arrangements for field assessment
• Prepare meeting invitations, minutes, and follow-up action items
• Arrange and confirm meeting logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering services (design shops/meetings and consultation shops)
• Print relevant proposal documents (if any)
• Support in arranging the delivery of letters to relevant partners and governmental ministries (if any, especially for multi-lateral and government grants)
• Assist the Resource Acquisition Unit (RAU) with other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the RAU team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling proposal information
