Develop trusted relationships with prospective parents by listening carefully, anticipating their concerns, and responding with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
Organise and conduct tours, entrance assessments, open mornings, and orientation events with poise and al attention.
Support the strategic growth of the through proactive admissions engagement and careful stewardship of applicant pipelines.
Maintain and manage admissions records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and meaningful data analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate across departments, liaising regularly with academic staff, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Represent the at educational events and parent engagement activities, both locally and internationally when needed.
Support marketing initiatives by providing insight into parent needs, assisting with messaging, and contributing to admissions communications and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree Customer-facing role, ideally within the education or high-end service sector for 3 years as a minimum.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM systems and/or admissions platforms.
Prior experience in a British or international setting.
Understanding of the British curriculum and independent ethos.
