The selected contractor shall conduct a site assessment and undertake the following activities:

• Reconfiguration of CD Room and Champy Meeting Room
• Repair of Romdul Meeting Room Glass Door
• Conversion of Current Finance Room into Interim-CPR Room
• Installation of Privacy Film for IT Room and Relaxation Room
• Removal of Host Desk from Shared space
• Conversion of Kid Room into Relaxation Room

- Installation of Operable Glass Window Adjacent to the View Area Deliverables include:

• Site assessment and proposed plan.
• Detailed quotation with specifications of materials to be used.
• Complete renovation, repair, and re-decoration as outlined in the scope.
• All required labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Proper cleaning of all areas and disposal of construction waste upon completion.
• Final handover of completed works, including rectification of any defects identified during inspection.
• Warranty coverage for workmanship and installed materials.

Interested contractors should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in office renovation, interior decoration, and maintenance works.
• Availability of qualified personnel and adequate supervision throughout the assignment.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Ability to complete the assignment within the required timeframe.
• Ability to work with minimal interruption to CARE Cambodia's daily operations.
• Valid registration and relevant licenses (if applicable).
