• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
• Support quotation requests from suppliers.
• Compare prices and prepare simple cost comparison sheets.
• Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
• Update item lists, supplier databases, and price records.
• Input purchasing data into Excel or ERP systems.
• Organize contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations and required documents.
• Follow up on pending quotations and delivery timelines.
• Assist in resolving routine supplier inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and related departments regarding stock requirements.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
• Monitor outstanding orders and delivery status.
• Conduct market surveys and supplier research.
• Gather information on prices, products, and alternative suppliers.
• Support sourcing projects assigned by supervisors.
• Prepare meeting minutes and reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Purchasing Executive or Manager.

- Related fields Skills:
