Submission Requirements: Inspection of materials can be made at: Ballang Lech Village, Damrei Chhan Khla Sangkat, Stueng Saen City, Kampong Thom Province, from August 21, 2026 to September 21, 2026, during working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Bidding Instructions: Submit the bid letter in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid to Purchase Used Vehicle – [Reference Number]" and send to: Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Cambodia in Phnom Penh or Kampong Thom Provincial Town.
Bidders must submit: A completed bid form (available at WCS Cambodia office or by email request) A copy of ID card or company registration certificate Contact information (Name, Phone Number, Email) Proposal submission deadline: September 21, 2026, 5:00 PM (late submissions will not be accepted).
The highest bidder will be notified and must pay in full within 10 working days of notification of success.
WCS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without explanation.
Terms and Conditions: All materials are sold in "as-is, where-is" condition.
The winning bidder is deemed to have inspected and accepted the condition and quality of the vehicle without claim for modification or further compensation after payment.
Full payment must be made before transfer of vehicle ownership or receipt of materials.
All costs related to the transfer of ownership shall be borne by the buyer.
