The goal of this consultancy is to ensure timely coordination and technical and organizational support in analyzing and developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) through the achievement of the following expected result:

• Develop practical and professional SOPs for building operation and property management.
• Standardize operational workflow and reporting procedures.
• Improve efficiency, safety, maintenance standards, and tenant service quality.
• Establish clear responsibilities, approval flow, and operational control.
• Develop operational templates, forms, checklists, and reporting formats.
• Support management in implementing sustainable building operations.

The Consultant will work with relevant BDC team to provide the following deliverables:

Inception Report and Work Plan Operational Assessment Report Draft SOP Manual Final SOP Manual (Editable Format) Operational Forms & Templates Checklists and Inspection Forms Preventive Maintenance Templates Organizational Workflow/Process Flowcharts KPI & Performance Monitoring Templates Training/Orientation Session for Relevant Staff Final Presentation to Management
