Consultant Firm/ Individual to Assess and Develop a Comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual for the Operation and Management of an Office Building

The goal of this consultancy is to ensure timely coordination and technical and organizational support in analyzing and developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) through the achievement of the following expected result

• Develop practical and professional SOPs for building operation and property management.
• Standardize operational workflow and reporting procedures.
• Improve efficiency, safety, maintenance standards, and tenant service quality.
• Establish clear responsibilities, approval flow, and operational control.
• Develop operational templates, forms, checklists, and reporting formats.
• Support management in implementing sustainable building operations.

The Consultant will work with relevant BDC team to provide the following deliverables
