• Provide support for youth focal activities and mobilize youth to form discussion groups in communities.
• Collect information and reports on education and regular youth discussion groups.
• Collaborate with project staff in organizing quarterly meetings (with youth focal), campaigns, events, various days, and drafting motions.
• Lead youth focal to attend monthly meetings with the Committee Responsible for Women and Children's Affairs to follow up on submitted motions and raise issues surrounding sexual and reproductive health in the community.
• Participate in supporting RHAC Youth Network initiatives.
• Work with provincial coordination officers on collaborating with school principals and students to introduce the youth center.
• Prepare monthly budgets and expense reports.
• Educate on sexual and reproductive health and organize events at universities and institutes.

• good level. Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management and community work. Skills and Knowledge: General and Technical Skills: Experience working with youth, teachers, authorities, Ministry of Education, and relevant stakeholders. Knowledge and experience in training on sexual and reproductive health and rights. Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health. Familiarity with the geography of Kampot province. Ability to speak, read, listen, and write Khmer and English. Proficiency in using MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. Soft Skills: Respect for sexual and reproductive health and rights.
