The Project Assistant will assist the Project Manager in the effective implementation of the community health program.
The position supports both programmatic and financial responsibilities, ensuring smooth project operations, accurate financial management, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
The Project Assistant will contribute to the planning, coordinating, monitoring, logistical arrangements, and reporting of project activities, while maintaining financial oversight, including budgeting, expense tracking, and documentation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least of experience in project and/or finance support, preferably in NGO or development projects for 2 to 3 years.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and donor compliance.
Familiarity with health projects, especially MNCH, is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks systems.
Experience in working in the community or with public health systems.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
