Lead, manage, and direct the daily operations of the entire branch to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company principles and procedures.
Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly credit disbursement plans, setting targets for the team and ensuring the branch achieves business goals.
Monitor the loan pipeline and credit disbursement results regularly, comparing actual results with plans and taking appropriate corrective actions when deficiencies are found.
Manage and assess credit risk, ensuring that customer evaluations, approvals, and credit disbursements are accurate and comply with company principles and procedures.
Monitor and resolve overdue loans, problematic loans, and NPL/PAR risks by collaborating with the team to prepare and implement resolution plans in a timely manner.
Oversee the collection of repayments and the quality of the branch's credit portfolio, taking appropriate actions to reduce and prevent credit risk.
Lead, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Credit/Loan Officers to increase work efficiency, develop staff capabilities, and achieve the branch's KPIs.
Oversee the management of cash, collateral, credit documents, and branch assets to ensure their safety, accuracy, and auditability.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to credit disbursement, repayments, portfolio quality, and credit risk for management.
Resolve customer challenges and complaints professionally, while maintaining good relationships with customers and the community within the branch's operating area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in microfinance, credit, collateral, or related fields, with management experience.
Good knowledge and skills in credit management, analysis, and risk management.
Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
